Yes, there are slightly fewer buyers out there, but make no mistake. Buyers are buying homes here 12 months a year! Don't make the mistake of keeping your home off the market during the time of year that you will have the least amount of competition!

I had to fill in the blanks about exclusions, inspection time frames, Sellers Property Condition Form, who pays for the home warranty, date of possession, date of pro-rations of taxes, etc.
